Our Commitment to Safety At Freedom First Ammo, we take the safety of our customers and the integrity of our inventory very seriously. Because ammunition is a volatile product and safety regulations are stringent, all ammunition sales are final. Once a shipment has left our fulfillment center, we cannot accept returns. This ensures that every round we sell is factory-fresh and has never been out of our controlled chain of custody.

Damaged or Incorrect Items While we utilize a high-precision fulfillment network, we understand that “life happens” during transit. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item different from what you ordered:

  • Report it: Please email us at support@freedomfirstammo.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide Evidence: Include your Order Number and a clear photo of the shipping label and the damaged/incorrect product.
  • Our Resolution: The Freedom First Team will work with our regional warehouses to issue a replacement or a store credit immediately. We are committed to making it right.

Order Cancellations To maintain our fast shipping speeds, our automated system (Garidium) sends orders to the warehouse almost instantly. Once an order has reached the “Sent to Warehouse” status, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. Please double-check your caliber and quantity before hitting the “Place Order” button!
